Samsung Galaxy Note 9 GeekBench leak shows Snapdragon 845 and more

Its Almost April 2018 and only about 4 months are remained for the next Samsung flagship i.e. The Samsung Galaxy Note 9  that is usually launched in and around August every year. Now as always there are various leaks and rumours considering the same.

A benchmark score for the next Samsung flagship is released on Geek Bench which is famous for scoring the SOCs in smartphone.

A Benchmark score on Geek Bench is released for Samsung SM-N960U showcasing some great benchmarks for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

Bench Scores from Geek Bench

The image Showcases a score of 2190 for single core and 8806 for multi core. It also showcases a sdm845 Motherboard which indicates a Snapdragon 845 processor and also that the bench score is taken form a North American Unit. The global unit may feature an Exynos 9810 CPU same as that found on The S9 and S9+ .It would be coupled with 6 gigs of RAM .

Battery:

It may Feature a battery with a little more capacity than the Note 8. No fancy change would take place in the battery department because of the treacherous loss suffered by the company due the the Note 7 time bomb.

It also makes me think that it won't be the graphene battery which Samsung is developing as it would definitely make its debut with the rumoured Galaxy X.

Form Factor:

The image above shows an expected form factor for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 having a very high screen to body ration but at the same time without any notch , because of the cutouts for the sensors and home button.

An in-screen fingerprint scanner:

There are various rumours for Note 9 featuring an in screen fingerprint scanner but methinks that it wont as it would be like Vivo and also if the form factor of the device is like that shown here , there's no need for the same. Moreover because Samsung has solved the fingerprint placement in the Galaxy S9 series this year.

Room filling speakers:

Since the launch of the Galaxy Note 8 its been a great concern from the users about the speakers as it failed to impress most of its users. This year Samsung might improve it with a mind boggling pair of speakers.

Bixby improved:

Bixby ,though not the highlight of the flagships from Samsung ,is a feature gaining a lot of interest. It has a great room for improvement especially when it comes in understanding what you say.

Improved Facial Recognition:

Though Face id was the spotlight feature of the Iphone X it was not the first device to have it. The Note 8 also wasn't the first to have it. It could easily be fooled by a still image.

This year we want an improved Bixby with better support and understanding.
