Its a complete porrt and the android OS rather than being an emulation like Bluestacks. Back in September 2016, Android x86 released the complete marshmallow port and Android. Some days back Qualcomm Technologies,one of the leading mobile chipset manufacturer, announced the first 5G modem of the company which is the Snapdragon x50 5G After the announcement many OEMs have already started working to release the first 5G device.
